BW People Exceptional Managers Awards 2024 – Innoplexus Leaders Recognised

The BW People Management Leadership & Strategy Summit & Exceptional Managers Awards 2024 brought together leading professionals and industry experts to celebrate outstanding leadership and managerial excellence across sectors. Organised by BW Businessworld, the event recognised professionals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and impact within their organisations. Speaking at the occasion, Talees Rizvi, Director of BW People & BW CFO World, highlighted the importance of recognising leaders who are shaping the future of industry and driving meaningful change through their work.

The awards were evaluated by a distinguished panel of industry leaders and academic experts including Atul Sobti, Director General of Standing Conference of Public Enterprises and former CMD of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited; Sangeeta Shah Bhardwaj from Management Development Institute Gurgaon; Nida Khanam of Socomec Group; Punam Sahgal from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow; Shaleen Manik of Transsion India; Rajesh Nair of Polycab India; Sudip Verma of Vgain World; and Annurag Batra, Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of BW Businessworld, among others. Their collective expertise ensured that the awards recognised individuals who have delivered measurable impact within their domains.

From Innoplexus Consulting Services, three leaders were recognised for their contributions. Gaurav Tripathi, Co-founder and Group CTO, received the Tech Innovator of the Year award for his leadership in driving technology-led innovation. Amit Ananpara, Managing Director and Member of the Board, was honoured as an Exceptional Operations Manager for his role in strengthening operational excellence. Additionally, Dr. Sanika Bhide, Vice President – Strategic Partnerships, received the Women Exceptional Manager of the Year award, recognising her contributions in building impactful partnerships and advancing strategic initiatives within the organisation. These recognitions highlight the organisation's continued focus on leadership, innovation, and excellence across functions.
