Data Principal Rights

Subject to the applicability and commencement of Sections 6(4) and 11–14 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 and other applicable law, individuals may exercise the following rights regarding personal data processed by Partex.AI N.V.

Partex voluntarily supports these requests before the relevant statutory provisions become effective.

Your data principal rights under the DPDP Act

  • AccessRight to access information about your personal data and how it is processed.
  • CorrectionRight to correct, complete, or update inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • ErasureRight to request erasure of personal data where retention is no longer necessary.
  • Withdraw consentRight to withdraw consent for processing that is based on consent.
  • GrievanceRight to raise a grievance about our processing of your personal data.
  • NominateRight to nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
  • 1. Right to access information

    Request:

    • A summary of the personal data being processed by Partex;
    • A summary of the processing activities undertaken in relation to that personal data; and
    • Information about other Data Fiduciaries and Data Processors with whom the personal data has been shared, together with a description of the data shared, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.
  • 2. Right to correction, completion and updating

    Request Partex to:

    • Correct inaccurate or misleading personal data;
    • Complete incomplete personal data; or
    • Update personal data.
  • 3. Right to erasure

    Request erasure of personal data, unless its retention is necessary for the specified purpose or for compliance with applicable law.

  • 4. Right to withdraw consent

    Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time, with ease comparable to the method used to provide consent.

    • Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Partex may continue processing where such processing is required or authorised under the DPDP Act, its Rules or another applicable Indian law.
  • 5. Right to grievance redressal

    Raise a grievance concerning:

    • Partex’s processing of your personal data;
    • Partex’s performance of its obligations under applicable data-protection law; or
    • Partex’s handling of a Data Principal rights request.
  • 6. Right to nominate

    Nominate one or more individuals who may exercise your applicable rights in the event of your death or incapacity, in accordance with applicable law and Partex’s verification procedure.

    • Partex’s procedure may also permit a nomination to be updated or revoked.

How to exercise your rights

Submit your request to grievance@partex.ai and provide:

  • Your name and contact information;
  • Your relationship with Partex;
  • The right you wish to exercise; and
  • The email address, account identifier or other reference previously used in your interaction with Partex, where applicable.

We may request proportionate information to verify your identity or authority. We will only request information reasonably necessary to process and protect your request.

If we cannot fulfil all or part of a request, we will explain the reason, subject to applicable legal restrictions.

Response timeline

We ordinarily respond to verified requests within 30 days and, in all cases, within the period required by applicable law.

The period published under Partex’s grievance-redressal system will not exceed the maximum period prescribed under the applicable DPDP Rules once those provisions become effective.
